Events

Landis Cyclery South Mountain Cyclery & Run Classic, March 10th

GROAZ will be part of the Landis Cyclery Bike & Run Classic at South Mountain on March 10th. This event is being put on by the City of Phoenix Parks department to showcase the different users groups of South Mountain - and that includes us. We've been given the go-ahead and support to build a mini riding course complete with dirt jumps, rollers, features and berms. Plus a techinical area with skinnies and stunts. And a pump track! On the day of the event we're putting on skills clinics and mini-races for the kids (and big kids). Phoenix Bike Repair will be out with us too. Come on out and be part of the event.

We need all of your help to get this together and we'll be having weekly build days every Saturday in February from 9AM - 3PM. Plus more days if we need to. And, we need volunteers as well as participants that day. We'll be posting details on our Facebook page or send us an email at advocacy@groaz.org if you want to sign up.
